I have read recently Rahul Kanware (COO) has cashed out and made a handsome amount, he sold shares worth over $36 million. Has anyone made a decent amount of money (>£500) from the shares that they own?
The board of Directors approved an increase in the quarterly dividend from $0.24 to $0.25 per share, what material difference does this make for anyone....curious to find out
And another thing, getting bonuses and spilling the beans, ever done that?
Oh how the other half live! Weirdly, I just had a look at the share prices and they're the highest they've been in a long time @ 75.09! I've got around 200 odd options that I could exercise, and thought great, could get a nice little bonus that I never get, thinking it'd be around £4.5k but sadly not. By the time the tax man takes his bonus, i'd be left with £2.5k. Still better than a kick in the nuts I guess. And if someone like Rahul is cashing out, is there a good reason for that 🤔
The shares are not worth much (a couple of hundreds at best) and the tax takes a fair chunk best to leave it there and let it accummulate!
