I’ve heard rumors of one coming out, just wondering if anyone thinks this will happen in 2024?

The person posting about all that great revenue cr--p. That's over the next 10 years. So keep jumping for joy. Lumen is tanking, anyone that doesn't see it, is blind. They should have just made improvements as CenturyLink and left well enough alone.

Unless your group or the product you support isn't part of the Lumen Strategy and they just don't want to tell you until they can get it shut down or sold.

Every week we are getting some email about another internal reorg or someone in the SLT leaving. Its crazy.

Yes. My group too is being shuffled. The bigger picture is perhaps consolidation and parts sold off. From Kate's perspective that makes sense.

Every week we are getting some email about another internal reorg or someone in the SLT leaving. Its crazy. Got word of another reorg today in the AI group.
And by the time the dust settles on the last one, they start again with another one.
Definitely a reflection of the SLT. No one can figure out what direction these groups should be going in and who can steer the ship.
It's true, no VSP any time soon. But people are jumping ship fast and the shuffle in org chart is baffling.
I don’t foresee them offering another VSP since they offered one in March. They know who they want, or need, to see go.
In March, when they didn’t get “the number” that they were looking to boot by offering the VSP, they turned around two weeks later and booted another 660 people with severance only. If the SLT would have done the honorable thing they would have given the 660 individuals the VSP incentive. They showed zero transparency on how many people they were looking to cut, but why would they, we are just a number to them.
I don’t see anything coming but additional work. I think they are done paying people to leave. If more cuts are needed you will only get your last paycheck.
