Hey Senior Leadership. You need to pull your heads out of your arses asap. Have you noticed that people are quitting weekly in the Phoenix Office? Maybe, just maybe you should ask why... That would take true leader to step up and wonder what could this issue be???? We all know that is not going to happen. However, let me drop a huge CLUE. Dir A. M. is a tyrant that continues to verbally abuse anyone beneath her because she doesn't know jack squat about construction. She is laughed at all the time and just continues to be allowed to chuck great people into the wood chipper. Morale is at an all time low, I mean considering there is only three people left to butcher. VPJabba the DP allows it because she holds the pics of his infidelity, which shouldn't be that big of a deal considering they are only zeros and ones.How many times do we have to call into the hotline in order for you to understand the level of abuse that she puts out there.

I avoid office at all costs, nothing left but empty desks, savaged equipment from people layed off, less refreshing beverages in the break room, whispers of ghosts passed.
Too funny what people think they know. Crown Clown school is still going. With the external investigation that is going on all of this stuff should stop. Enjoy the fall out and be careful of the pillow talk you share.
The level of incompetence demonstrated by DP is staggering. He is a master class of a bully! Where is the accountability! Where is KR? Where is CL? It may be time to send a personal note to SM… maybe he’ll lean in with curiosity?
The only “felony” stuff going on is SJ and JJ stealing from crown when they funneled money to her company. This was to cover for all the stuff JJ did that he doesn’t want SJ to find out about. Then, throw in the cactus cat lady and her mom. No wonder this place was a disaster.

Be forewarned, BS is a tool for upper management, there is stuff that has been reported that could lead to felony indictments 100%, brushed under the carpet for years. In my experience, anyone who reports puts a target on their back.
I’m surprised that with all the goings on in that place, corporate hasn’t launched any investigations. Where there is smoke, there is fire.
It’s hard to imagine Cactus HQ being around for much longer. There is literally nothing of any worth in that building. Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum have run that region into the ground. Hopefully the new company has the wherewithal to replace that ENTIRE management structure!!

Ok let’s talk about lazy a** district managers who want everything handed to them on a silver platter that are all under AM. They think they are so important that they are now forcing other groups to hand feed them

Former employee here that sat in the central office, I had 3 folks come to me about how toxic the phoenix office, particularly a district manager. They told me she belittled people, gave them work that didn’t make sense, and found ways to make you feel useless in front of people. I had to see it for myself and she treated me the same way in a meeting in front of my boss (I told her to watch how she treated us) even though it was our first interaction with her. She needs to be dealt with but we all know upper management doesn’t care. Senior leadership care more about you coming into the office to fill a seat in a building rather than dealing with toxic useless folks.
