Boeing will not charge at all. They will take a two month strike and say it’s a great change to make a plan. The union will make you believe they will get the best deal for you. (BS)
The last contract they sold the people down the river. Ask everyone to vote again more BS. At that time Boeing was rolling in money and your union forced you into a bad deal. This time Boeing is blowing through billions of dollar and you think you’re going to get your pension back and 40% pay raise. Hang boys and girls as your union take you to the bottom . If you believe you get a good deal kept drinking the Boeing blue.

Sell the offices 100% work from home.
Seriously, how could things get any worse? I suppose if they caught their new CEO molesting kids and a 737Max crashes into Disneyland, things could get worse.
Lacking a capable, experienced, knowledgeable workforce that has no possibility of improving in time to fend off Airbus, Embraer and now COMAC, things will just stay terrible for commercial airplanes. Boeing has already decided to get out of Defense and Space.
Boeing is now well recognized the world over as a
Idіocracy based circus, managed by farcical MBA clowns supervising
a largely inept and inexperienced workforce of their own making.
This is not a groundless opinion by any means.
it’s a factual conclusion based in empirical data.
Boeing Is A Failed Organization, Period.

No, I do not see things getting worse. I see a long, slow turnaround but not a further-deteriorating situation. Good companies have ups and downs, and sometimes they have good leaders, sometimes bad, but unless the product has fallen out of favor in the world, good companies always come back. If Boeing made AM/FM radios, for example, I would say the company is cooked, but they make airplanes and that business will survive and thrive for a few more decades.
