What a crock of sh-t. No communication whatsoever from anyone above my level (middle management) and no idea who I’ll be working for or who will be on my team, if I’ll even have one.
So much for listening to the survey feedback where people said they're overworked and underpaid. What's their solution to this? Double down on the misery!!!
I can hear it now.
"Lucky you, you still have a job. Now here is all the extra work you'll have to do without any extra compensation. Aren't you just lucky to still have a job? "
