Some US folk got their call at 4pm on Monday ..... So there is still some time for us in the UK. A few heads got chopped within TMS EMEA

Many supervisors and managers didn't know which of their employees were getting cut. It came as a surprise to them as well. They heard there may be layoffs but had no idea it would impact their team or who on their team. Pretty cr-ppy way to let people go and broadside their own supervisors.

North America employees are supposed to know their fate by EOD 8/26
8/27- Other countries will know tomorrow

8/27-8/29- role responsibility changes (still have a job but now you are in charge of x,y,z)

8/30- follow up communication - org announcements shared by Cameron

9/3-9/6 town halls

US and Canada will be completed today. Tomorrow all the other locations/Countries. Cameron said that today.
