Do you have individuals that feel the need to dominate a conversation whether it be a chat or a meeting. And if you try to make a statement or ask a question, often enough you're made to feel inferior, interrupted, etc.
Often these same individuals will manage to take a conversation or meeting off-course in order to maintain a high level of control within the gathering. And It's not a once in awhile occurrence. It's everyday and the same people. And there is no mutual respect unless they deem so.
I think this leans towards the threads about toxicity and narcissism that runs rampant in the organization.
