Listening to the buzzwords and damage control that the EC is trying to do, lawd. This whole thing feels like a joke and a slap in the face. My advice, update your resume, leverage your network, and stop looking for jobs on indeed and linkedIn. Check out places like Greenhouse and BuiltIn.

Short version? Because they are less saturated. With LinkedIn job postings, you usually have like 30 minutes to an hour before the number of applications has hit like 500+. There are alternate job boards out there that will give you a better shot at being seen. Also many companies who post on the alternate boards don't post on LinkedIn (some do) because of how expensive it is for them to post a job on LinkedIn.
