Got it, that would make more sense. It doesn't relate to the question that was asked, so I wasn't following it that way.
Maybe @fza+1 was referring to managers left at TIAA in recordkeeping that will get the axe as soon as transition is complete. Several departments look conspicuously top heavy - especially hires made last as late as last YEAR. What exactly will all these managers be managing?
That is incorrect, everyone will be under contract for I believe 1 or 2 years. I think it is 2. Don't talk out your butt unless you actually have a clue. You obviously don't.
Now managers are moving that has been mentioned on each call so it isn't just IC, there are actually a lot of managers moving over.
Most managers will get the axe as soon as the transition is complete. Accenture likely didn’t want to take on this overhead cost.
