Filed EEOC, E&C and an ER case then was laid off right after. Never had any issues in 10 years until just recently. Sounds like retaliation to me!! Has anyone sued and been successful?

Just search why companies keep bad or toxic leaders and it may help you understand.
You can find all of the past/current Centene employee lawsuits online. Some have won but not many.
Similar situation here after taking a leave of absence for the first time, also 10 years with the company without any previous issues or disciplinary action. It’s worth a consult with an employment attorney.
If someone “won”, it’s more like they settled out of court and cannot comment legally due to an agreement to settle.
