Seems like every boss is trying very hard to make workers shut up and keep working while layoffs are in progress by telling staff that their jobs are safe because they are important and there's lots of work to keep everyone busy. I mean if everyone is busy and important, then why is the stock at $20? The boss is also hoping that 14% of workers take the VSP so that everyone in their group stays, but if every boss is telling their workers to stay and keep working, how will VSP reach 14%?
