The BoD was meeting every quarter from 2021 to now (that is 14 quarters) - they could see the revenue dropping by billions every time - was there nobody among the thousands of highly paid finance org to do some basic modeling to forecast that we were on an unsustainable path? Why is the CFO sweater boy still on this job? Seriously - these bozos should be charged for criminal negligence.

If I have 20 investments or on the BoD for 20 companies, Intel would be the last I care about. That's what they probably did

Its almost like there's some large corporatist scam going on behind the scenes. Maybe we should ask Bain Capital or McKenna and company what's really going on?
Impossible they didn't know. They put on their blinders. They all in it for short gains. Somebody should write a book on this whole fiasco. Then ask SEC to go after the perpetrators.
