Everybody is just waiting for it, speculating and it erodes productivity. Lets get it over with and announce it and finish it in 3 months tops so that people can move on and focus on either finding a new job or doing their chevron job.

"bad time to change roles"... not necessarily, but you need to consider if your current role or new role is stronger fit with what is needed today. I would not go for a stretch role right now, but would jump at a position with a BU that is currently generating more money or has great growth potential.
Look, I am willing to change my role into one that will be affected and take the layoff if it keeps one employee afloat!!!

Yes, let’s get it going. I will never scoff at a great layoff!!! Albeit, I do have empathy for those that will be in the mix!

All chapters are in scope of makeover and transition to a new operating model. One option being looked at is moving resources reporting to platforms

Does anyone know if Agile Chapter is going for re-org as well? They just got rid of lot of contractors
