TIAA has become an unbearable place to work and the overwhelming majority of its employees are looking for a way out as a result. I know the leadership loves attrition as a cheap way to get rid of people, but I think we're at the point where so many will leave that too much institutional knowledge will be lost for the company to continue functioning properly. I'll make sure I'm gone before it happens.
