Besides in October, that is. Working here is so stressful on so many levels, and then there is a constant expectation of layoffs as cherry on top.

Layoffs and RIF'S are consistently going on. Some are small and we don't generally hear about those until after the fact. Although small, these are as difficult for those affected as any other rif. So to answer your question...they are consistent.

Laying off employees is a lot easier than creating usable services. Its a smoke and mirrors company. Employees will continue to be cut to bolster profits and hide truths. Layoffs will never stop until this company is gone.
When layoffs may actually happen? ALWAYS! That's when. Get used to it.
