Not. If there’s at least good ideas behind cuts, there would maybe, maybe, be something to look forward to for those who stay in Dell after layoffs are over with (if they ever end, that is). The way things are, one has a hard time deciding whether they wish to be booted or stay. The primary reason for those who hope to stay is just not to lose a job in this economy. As simple as that. Coming to work has never been a more depressing affair than these days.

@bky+1uaYpQPy, staff should just leave all ERGs.
Dell Technologies is like an old dying dinosaur looking for a tar pit to fall into. Simple as that. If it survives it will be peddling client hardware (laptops, desktops, workstations) at or below margin. Sad to see what Jeff Clarke and his band of merrymen did to the once admired Dell we all loved.
Morale , Talent etc are constructs to keep many in check. All external is what many adpated to exist. Take away that and you will find out. So what if thousands lose their jobs , homes etc.
What ERG jobs were left? Just wondering
And many of the cuts make no sense, we have lost some really talented people while keeping dead weight too busy for ERG activities to do work.
