Bias take. I know IC’s moved remote who were going in prior to mileage calculations. Designations has nothing to do with level and only relevant to your business group (alignment to client or main hubs) vs distance.

30 miles in no longer the recommended radius. It was erased from the FAQ.

I’ve read that some employees live up to 60 miles from hubs. If the manager does not have an ADA accommodation they should be required to work in the office!

Yup... seeing the same thing in my area. Several middle managers are being allowed to remain remote, while we are forced to RTO
