I worked for this joke of a company from 2013 to 2024 when I was layed off.
My hopes of leaving were not great starting at age 55 and working to 65.
Rode it into retirement as a quiet quitter.
Got 1 small raise, and a "bonus",,, once... $1000 I think over 10+ years despite top notch reviews.
Getting a raise next year from my new employer. Social Security....2.5%.
If you are 45 or under, get out and quit complaining. If you aren't just deadwood that is.
Anyone who works for this company knows that the majority of current DXC people are. The young enough whiners cant leave because just taking up space for another company wont allow them to hold on to the new jobs
If you are in the homestretch toward retirement, ride it gently through to the end.

The sad reality is that I've seen this behaviour in so many companies it's not even funny. As a 37 year old guy it doesn't phase me anymore. I do work at DXC but the recommendations are apt.
If leadership is using the company you should too
and take them for all you can .. ( which is not much) .
It’s very simple; it won’t change. The execs are flying here there and everywhere especially in APAC and it’s like a presidential tour. They are simply milking everything out of the company as much as they can even on the way down. They are not going to pass anything on to the employees and workers, just work you hard and spin the same old story. Rinse and repeat. Leave if you can. Your life and health will improve dramatically.
Me stayed 12 years a I had enough money and didn’t want to start over again. Didn’t want to be on call 24 by 7, didn’t want to prove myself yet again. Retired in 2023 as i had enough of the ISI bull sh-t.
Take care?
Remember what drummer said... If you aren't taken care of then leave because the company isn't going to change to meet your needs.
And clearly it matters not one jot to the company if you do leave.
2022: No salary increase.
2023: No salary increase.
2024: No salary increase.
Employee: Please accept my resignation.
Boss: You’re one of our best employees. Why are you resigning?
Employee: I accepted an offer with a 150% base salary increase and guaranteed yearly salary cycles as long as I meet my performance goals set by my manager. Also they are offering hybrid work options.
24 hours later…
Boss: We will match the 150%, please stay, we need your work!
Employee: Unfortunately, it’s too late. Next Friday is my last day.
Leaders of organizations need to understand their teams’ motivation every month. Every employee is motivated by different things in different periods. Take care of your employees before it is too late.
unless you are planning to retire in the next 2 to 3 years don't stay here for that. This company is acting like a company that won't be in business for long because it is a company that won't be in business for long. No one should expect to come out on the good side of that when the spin, merge, acquisition, or whatever happens.
