They let go of some leaders in the back office/processing/billing teams/customer experience…that’s the context for you…think when you have credit card disputes and you talk to someone in customer service and they have to send it to back office or you dispute a charge with your bank and someone does the chargeback….those leaders…the frontline ppl are still there until they ship that process away to Mexico or India…the call center is there until they finish shipping that off to Mexico, India, Columbia,, Jamaica or wherever else they are setting their eyes on… Allstate is quietly nixing US jobs and sending them to other countries for next to nothing. Either start looking or stay and hope you get a severence…. Think Allstate has acquired other carriers so they are chopping them away…slowly….and quietly…you just have to pay attention. Allstate’s stand-alone product at least for PL isn’t even profitable it’s the companies they acquire that make them profitable (that product line) …It’s pretty sad
