Anyone willing to share departments or roles that were impacted?
Give it time, this round is not even close to being the last. Much more coming in November and throughout 2025. I was eliminated this week, honestly it feels great. The mental drag of not knowing for the past month was torture. Now, fresh beginnings.
So how many and which dept got laid off?

This website is total entertainment and venting. It’s cathartic to read other people’s frustrations and stuff. Stop taking like so serious. Cigna will be 100% fine, let us complain and be humans who have totally normal gripes with their job. If something illegal is happening talk to a lawyer or self sabotage so you get fired and can collect. Your all valid and don’t take the cr-p on here seriously it’s mostly entertainment and venting lol
If only our senior leadership had the integrity to communicate honestly and transparently with us. Then there would be no need for back-channel rumors.

That’s two groups incentivized to stir the pot on this website. I don’t think it’s even likely that the above is happening, as clearly some org changes are happening, but everything here should be taken with a grain of salt and is probably over exaggerated.

Well I am safe (for now). Had a mini-heart attack this morning when a pop-up meeting with the boss unexcitedly came in, and it was a legitimate meeting to talk through some things. Had me worried. All this anxiety is getting to me.
Anybody here anything on the MA side? 2023 fall layoffs we didn’t hear anything until the afternoon.

Really hoping I get laid off this round, I'm so tired of always being on edge about it
IFP sent a email few days ago moving a ton of the same old names around. Biggest one I’ve seen. My supervisor put in a workflow that pretty much locked me in to business need cause I was talking about moving and updated all my resume stuff. Guys literally don’t matter unless ur part of the plan lol. Probs to give the people who play the game the best more money so they shut up and can keep the right people in the right place. Ive found most of this is about making sure there’s no leaks in the boat so to speak. My team changed a lot of workflows who lessened our workload so idk doesn’t really matter anymore. Watch and try to just be happy as you can!
