Also just asked about my LTI and £40k of unvested shares are in the toilet, which su-ks, given they were used an in incentive to make stay at Dell and it's not actually my decision to leave.
No doubt MSD will sell those off soon too :)
Just had mine - 2 months pay, plus 4wks per year tenure service capped at 52 weeks, plus 75% MBP, plus pro rata hol and all benefits and pay to continue until last day (e/o Nov).
15 years over in a 25 minute convo. Su-ks - but here's to looking forward and I'm going down the pub. Anyone fancy a pint? :)

Just got the call. 4 weeks per ear, cap 52 weeks. So max can be 1 year. This ship is sinking I can’t say I am sad
Uh - Oh! Just got a mgr call drop in my calendar for today, which never happens, so the rumours about my job/team maybe true. If I get offered 6 weeks for every year, I'll be more than happy, as I've been here for 15 years. Can't see them offering me that though tbh! More updates after 2:00pm GMT :)
