Gainwell just secured the California Statewide Automated Welfare System contract. Worth over $1billion.
A huge mistake for the state of California by selecting Gainwell for this contract. They have over promised and will under deliver. Vulnerable people will suffer because Gainwell is greedy and wants a money grab.
It’s sad that this has happened. Sad that the leaders would do such a thing to 15 million people in need.
It makes me want to pu-e. It’s so disgusting.

It appears to me that only Gainwell eats. California is not getting what they are paying for. Gainwell is not delivering anything. It’s poorly operated and managed by Gainwell. And yet Gainwell keeps taking their money.
It’s the Gainwell way. Take advantage of every account possible. Mismanage and miss all SLAs. Then act shocked when the account puts the company on a corrective action plan.
Such a dishonest way to run a business.
No wonder people on here keep saying Gainwell is operating illegally and unethically.

PHM was/is a money grab by Gainwell. Gainwell delivered nothing and yet took California to the cleaners and stole their money. It’s pretty disgusting really to watch it happen. Gainwell eats alright. They consistently take advantage of states and deliver nothing. It’s time to realize the truth and stop making excuses for Gainwell.
PHM is alive and well. Reminder folks, were aren't setting up Office 365 for everyone. These are projects that don't always run well because you have too many hands on the pot but eventually the pot makes it to the table any everyone eats.

Why did Bill resend that announcement? It’s been posted three or four times. Have we not won anything else? Bill is legitimately the worst ever.
On a positive note WFRs have stopped and all sub-par under performers are getting lined up for this contract. Also, few dead weight baby boomers can make it to their retirement peacefully, not worrying about any imminent layoffs.
Remember the California PHM account when Gainwell took their money and delivered nothing for over a year? Then got fired by the account….
Yeah good move California. Hire that same company to handle the biggest human services system in the country.

It’s a guarantee that Gainwell with sc--w this up. The vulnerable will suffer. But Gainwell doesn’t care. They only care about lining their pockets.
I’m not sure what’s going but they were bragging about this sale earlier this year.i checked to make sure I wasn’t crazy I guess Bill Allison forgot. it’s a billion over a decade. They”ll lose half the revenue in fines for SLA failures.
