I’m curious to know what the bulling is like in your BU? Have you EVER had a good outcome from a complaint before? Has chevron EVER done anything tangible?

Tried to report bullying (threat and intimidation) to HR. HR then asked me if I maybe misunderstood and asked me to give them the benefit of the doubt and try to work it out. Refused to provide further information and even gave the person a heads up. Chevron seems more interested in protecting high performers than a safe work environment. Zero tolerance is a sham.
Bullying in a BU... I doubt it occurs as much as it does in the central org. BU's are where people want to go because they just get it and it's a true environment to our values. Sure there are hiccups, but outside of BU's it's a dog eat dog world, throat cutting thunderdome. And it's only going to get worse as the engine and replates projects kick off more.
