It’s been a thing since it started that our “feedback tool” takes any suggestions or conversation about pay and puts them into their own category that is totally invisible and likely never touched again.
Now it looks like they’ve completely removed the category of frontline experience under the guise of ensuring our feedback is to the benefit of customers.
In case it isn’t clear these leaders don’t give a sh-t about you, the mask is off.

Surveys also seem to be cancelled until next year.
