Any news how they are going to handle Hess employees ? They have a higher compensation package, they will just keep making more?

They will mostly be FIRED!
They will just not get promoted for 4-5 years until it evens out.
Most will be let go because the chevron base salary is always lower compared to small I dependents, that happened to Nobel and before that, few would stick around for either long term or personal reasons.
They will all be hired on between PSG25-PSG27 + Equity Bonus options
