I would appreciate any insights or theories on what the SLM email means to FE, OPS, and Maint. Kind of sounds like letting the fox watch the h-nhouse, but maybe it’s better. I sure do t believe BM will step up or even rock the boat.

I sure hope not. EM does not know anything about maintenance or operations, and really just knows piping. Bet they couldn’t explain the difference between RBI and RTF. If GD gets the role, OPS will suffer for sure.
Finally a layoff discussion on a layoff site. SW called a meeting and implied layoffs were definitely coming. It sounds like severance will be greatly reduced. How long before HR hits it up and does what they are known for? Who knows…
