In another thread someone shared that CM/DM is shifting to Carelon on 1/1/25, as part of Elevance 30. What is Elevance 30 - sounds like a major org overhaul?

Project monarch is 3 new states for business, not just UM. Case management and disease management are the areas lifted out to Carelon. Told no job losses with that
Elv 30 is cm only. Monarch is um. Otherwise info is accurate
Will this effect commercial business case management teams and health professionals?
Most of the front-line staff will transition to Carelon. This includes Nurses, Non-Clinical, Health Educators, etc. Most of the MDs will stay with Health Solutions. Areas impacted: Medicare Regulatory, Medicare Model of Care, STARS, CM/DM for all LOB, and CSBD UM (local and individual). Expected transition date is 1/1/25. Additional markets will move in 2025.
It's the code word and project name for the transition of CM to Carelon
