The corporate speak is incredible, worse than any company I’ve ever worked for. Its like they’re trained in how to run their mouth without actually answering a question with delivery implying they have, such a waste of time, it’s insulting really. Nobody is fooled. Everyone, including the leaders running these calls, know what bs answers are being given yet we all sit there, and the minions tap the emoji button maniacally in applause while the rest of us silently eyeroll at home thankful we’re not on camera. Amazing how the things we’d actually be interested in hearing about as employees are not covered at town halls, like our cut benefits, disappearing colleagues, and direct answers on the future of our departments, why the company stock swells but all we hear about are cuts and lack of funds for needed projects. All just airtime filled with nonsense to say they’re keeping us informed.

I find it hilarious they're decreasing the incentive on top of everything else they've pulled. Way to go adding more gasoline to this dumpster fire.

Looking going from 33% employees and 66% contractor to maybe a flip overtime, likely 65% employee when you add the hyderabad employees to US space. Vital partners like accenture, CGI, tcs aren't going away. "Rebalancing"

They let people submit questions anonymously and almost every single one of them was either about layoffs or return to office mandates. They pretty much dodged every question with a non-answer. E.g. the top voted question was '"knowledge transfer" sounds like shifting of jobs to HIH. Can we expect layoffs onshore?' which was answered with 'Oh I didn't mean to use that term like that....'

Insurance premiums are increasing an average $6 per paycheck. Incentives are going from $800 to $550. The Preventative Care Day - I asked if it applied to all employees or just those enrolled in Cigna Medical but for some reason my question wasn't approved. I'm enrolled myself but a few on my team are not. It's not clear on Iris and there have been times in the past where certain health related events were only open to those enrolled. I don't get why it wasn't approved as a question..
