By 2030, all European manufacturing sites will be sold. Same with Canada manufacturing sites. US sites will have minimal staffing and seek buyers as able.

The official reason is not enough Government support. The unofficial reason is that the new buyer of the Fawley refinery wants nothing to do with it.
