I hear that hundreds of people have been selected in the latest org chart. Should I be nervous that I have not received a phone call? Are they going to do quick cuts then LDs cuts in 2025?

Seeing LT scramble, I think there will be some major changes made. Just a little concerned about HOW it will be done and HOW they are behaving/leading. Not all, but some are definitely showing bad leadership capability.
why we need hundreds of HR? if the company is 30K and we need 1 to 1000 which is what good looks like. This Org can runs ith a maximum of 30 HR and service centers. 30 is already too many with hundreds in Manila and BA.
“Hundreds”.. CVX is bloated with people that do nothing. A major cut needs to happen in the THOUSANDS!
