VPs have told us to at least do one day a week in the office to keep off the HR list. Try to do more though, but that is the minimum.
It’s been made very clear in past few months by our leadership - 3 days in office.
Don’t swipe and then turn around and leave an hour later. People have been fired for that and they can technically track you with your badge so it isn’t wort it
One to two days a week is the norm in my department.
Just remember they check if you swiped in, they don’t check when you swipe out.
Three days a week. The powers that be are clamping down even more than they have in recent months on people who don’t follow the policy. Protect your new job. Follow the process.
You need to badge in on your assigned floor 3 days a week. Discuss with your peers what seems to work for your area (i.e. not posting anything for HR)
