I am bored of the corporate lies. I am not wasting my time listening to excuses and maybes. No you won't get a pay rise if you do the AI training they are putting so much effort behind trying to get people to do. And you won't get one for doing your job either. So I ask how to make more money. They answer is work less and put the effort into other things. At least next door says thank you when I cut her lawn in place of this meeting. And that thank you is way more than can be said for DXC.
DXC had never ever given merit pay increases and why do you think they would start now ?

How do you know if no one attended if you didn’t attend ? Zif you did attend are you a nobody?
Cronyism is the way people get hired etc. Same with salaries. Job interviews , performance reviews are just processes. Complain all you like because what really gets you ahead is cronyism. Mic dropped. Thanks.
You’ll actually know in mid late November if you have a raise, it has to be entered on the system to be effective 1st Dec.
But for the third town hall in recent weeks, all 3 with Raul present, they did say staff will know the outcome of the merit review on 1st December, not just December or early December but 1st. So when we all login on Monday 2nd December, we will finally know one way or other if there is any future for DXC.
All pay and awkward questions would have been deleted from the silo.
