Townhall rescheduled for 10/17

Is this a good thing or inconsequential that this was rescheduled for a potential rif day?

Other Townhalls have been the same day as rifs. RIF's in the morning followed by a Townhall so the Corp heads can hear themselves cheer one another on....on the backs of those who were RIF'd. Truly heart breaking!!!!

I too wondered and concluded they were going to get the RIFs taken care of then have town hall to brag about all the money they’re saving by cutting “fat”
By “fat” of course that means staff—usually staff over 60 yrs old. Because this company is awful.

No such thing as coincidence. It could be after everyone notified, finally letting people left know what they want them to know about how they are improving bottom line, by cutting costs, etc. Don’t see how could be a good thing.
