It feels like the only people left here are those who have not yet managed to find a new job. Those lucky enough to get offers from other companies are long gone.

I left TR about 6 months ago and I'm still angry with how things were/are going (I have friends on the inside). I got a $20k increase in salary and fully remote -- I wish I wouldn't have waited so long to leave!

Definitely underpaid and overworked. I just saw a list of average salaries in the industry and TR is way behind.
