It’s apparent we are looking a job cuts within the individual contributor ranks.. Please go one your own Bora Bora mission and rid this company of “managers of managers” in non revenue producing business lines. They contribute nothing other than pointless skip level meetings and insincere town halls. Within revenue producing businesses lines, “managers of managers” should be covering larger territorie in order to lower fat at headcount. Wield that chainsaw G.K.!

We need Managers to forward emails we have already received
Get rid of all remote managers unless they can make it into a hub (not a branch) three days a week.. The cost savings will be impressive.
We currently have one manager per three workers, and three levels of other managers before you even get to the Director level ! Who allowed this kind of nonsense and how has it perpetuted for so many years ?
Gunjan will do whatever McKinsey tells her to do, with $3.7 billion due MUFG in December, 2027, hundreds of millions to go from a tier III bank to a tier II bank in 2026, leadership focusing on societal issues rather, hubs and cafeteria seating, than revenue creation and development, tough road to travel, in my opinion she will eliminate 30 percent of the U.S. based employees, make the bank a bargain on the merger and acquisition market, sell Elavon to Barclay's, Monerise or some other European/foreign payments empire, send the moving trucks to the Twin Cities, the party is over, the bank's shareholders of Wells Fargo, JPMorgan, MUFG and the private equity institutional heads are greatly relieved.
Yeah, instead of laying off ICs and expecting those that remain to take on all the work, get rid of the managers who don’t even know how to do the jobs their reports are doing.
Get rid of those who never have client contact. They could not generate $1 of revenue on their own. Parasites!!!
