Final touches are being put on plans for mandatory RTO for all AYX employees, starting after the new year. AYX will be setting up approximately 20 dedicated WeWork locations around the US and in European countries, and all employees will be required to go into them AT LEAST three days per week. No exceptions, and applies to all employees, all departments and functions.
Employees who are more than 50 physical miles from one of these locations will be exempted, of course.
Information about this new initiative will be communicated to the employee base later in October so that you all have time to plan for this RTO efficiency and collaboration boosting effort.
