I'm not paying any of these people a nickel. The head shed was picked long ago when they where designated as HiPots. It's not based on how well they do their job but how much politicking they do and who supports them up the line. Most of them haven't spent enough time in any position to really understand what is going on and how their decisions may have harmed individuals. Their concern is the next step up.
I would argue that most CVX employees are losers., whining about having to actually work, demanding to WFH, not concerned about safety, and always complaining that management is poor.
