For as long as bonuses and shamefully high salaries for the top are secured, nothing else matters. They have no incentive whatsoever to make the company better and prosperous in the long-term. Once the cash-cow is dead, they’ll just move on to another one. We are entirely unimportant. Future of the company is of no concern. This is, frankly, becoming ridiculous how corporations, or rather corporate leaderships, are functioning today. It’s all one big cash extractions scheme.

Does this really surprise you? The leadership of my team functions much the same way, just on a smaller scale.
