They say we're doing great. Wonderful growth. Hiring around 200 new employees per month right now.

Companies often post new job openings to project an image of growth and success, but beware—many of these roles may be "ghost jobs" that don’t actually exist. This tactic is used to mislead potential buyers, clients, media, banks, and even current employees into believing the company is thriving. It’s a type of corporate smoke-and-mirrors. While not specifically accusing GW of this, a closer look at their hiring trends reveals that many positions are based in India, raising questions about the company's true intentions for client requirements to be met in the State’s.
If you examine GW's business performance, you’ll see a steady decline. Under the leadership of Veritas, the company is struggling, and there's little indication of an imminent turnaround. If a company has outstanding debts without collateral, and those debts come due, the loan terms will change, and interest rates will spike due to the higher risk. How much debt does GW currently have outstanding? When are those debts due? These are critical questions that shareholders should be asking.
With the company’s current C rating, it’s clear GW is far from excelling. C-rated leadership is steering the ship, and the data suggests they're heading in the wrong direction. So, the next time your boss tries to paint a rosy picture, remember that the company is as close to failure as it is to success—and right now, the trend isn’t looking good.
@Betts
It’s the Gainwell way!
At Gainwell - where our motto is, “Overpromise, underdeliver...and then act shocked when customers complain!”
Employees are constantly baffled that we haven't yet landed a prime-time spot on Dateline—but hey, we're probably on their "upcoming" list. We've got daily bets on what will take us down first: the promises we can't keep, or the morale that's as low as our customers.
It’s amazing Gainwell hasn’t been on the news for stealing from the states.
@Walker
I couldn’t agree more.
No reasonable person would willingly stay employed by Gainwell Technologies.
Gainwell has a history and continues to show all the reasons why. Why contribute to a company that operates illegally and unethically?
I personally cannot be part of it.
Any Gainwell employee that has been with the company for more than 90 days has to know that the company is in trouble and that they made a mistake by working here. All employees need to leave the company. Staying just contributes to the problem and puts you at risk for being fired or laid off.
Gainwell is a cesspool and it always will be.
If you don’t want to be part of the pool then you should get out before it’s too late.
There are simply too many egos and competing agendas involved for Gainwell to be truly. What should be simple became unnecessarily complicated, time and again. It won't change.

It was a Delivery Townhall last Wednesday, led by Jaffry
Burn it all down
Much like other companies run by Californian boomers, Gainwell exists to benefit India and India alone
What town hall was this?
Gainwell doesn’t deserve to stay in business.
The illegal and unethical behavior should close their doors.
Why are they allowed to continue to operate this way?
I was interviewing for a job, only for the job to be placed on hold. I waited on the call for the interviewer to come online and no one did. I wasn't even informed by the recruiter until I reached out. This is not good.
@Pinocchio
They did name Offshore Growth as one of FY25 Priorities.
No secret here.
why the heck do you think I signed it Pinocchio
@Pinocchio
How long have you been here?
Did you ask about the financials being downgraded again? Did you ask about the weekly layoffs? Did you ask about the expansion in India and the Philippines? Did you ask about the constant hiring of executives? Did you ask about the constant restructuring?
Of course they say we are doing great. They wouldn’t want the workforce to know what’s going on behind the curtain. If you believe them then you haven’t spent any time just looking around and observing Gainwell in action.
Notice they didn't say -where- the new employees were being hired...
