Before I worked there, I had no issues with anyone in management. When I joined, I had issues with one witch who fault founded everything I did. She was a royal pita who was probably having personal problems of her own and decided that I was going to be her punching bag, and her flunky decided that, as well.
I still do not understand why that witch put me on one. Everything she noted were lies and embellishments.
Yes, C1 is a cr-p show. How people like her are allowed to stay there keeping their jobs says a lot about that place.
All I can say is those who do this, and those who allow it, you have something waiting down the line for you. You're smug now and don't see it happening right away, but it will.

I am so happy to know that my ex manager got Laid Off months after PIPing me with false evidence also PIPPing 3 other colleagues. This old guy was at a senior Tech role without any tech skills. He's still jobless. Fu-k yeah!

As a fellow worker in the banking industry, I find it hard to believe that Capital One would force people out for no reason. Hiring and firing is expensive.

i know someone with 19 consecutive ratings or very strong , excellent and still got piped out this year . The guy created 5 major platforms at C1. Your turn will come soon, keep making fun of others
WOW you are something. Total lack of compassion and empathy. These are hard working, smart, dedicated long term employees who have wrongfully been put on a CP/PIP for reasons unknown to them. Metrics being used as the excuse. Everyone knows managers fudge numbers. Remember we'll be here for you.

I feel very secure at my job at Capital One. The expectations are clear. When you meet expectations there won’t be any performance plans. If your role is ambiguous and you feel victimized then move to a role with clear metrics. It is unwise to go through life as a victim. Everything that happens to you in this life is partially your responsibility.
