I had 5 years and was awarded 10 weeks. I was expecting 6 months. What a slap in the face this whole thing has been.
be aware that the tax withholding will be at the highest possible rate if it’s paid out at lump sum.
I was here over 12 years and received 16 weeks of regular pay, I guess it could be worse but I'm paying for a consult with an attorney just to make sure it's fair.
