I will meet all the formal requirements. I will come every day. Travel an hour there and an hour back home. Then work strictly within the limits of my tasks without any additional effort, and of course within the time limitations imposed by office hours. I’m so not quitting. They’ll have to pay to get rid of me.

Certain Elavon folks (subsidiary of USB) got a week notice to move offices to the new hub. The new hub is not ready. We also had a town hall with TR. The takeaway…gotta resolve the unemployment problems with India and Poland! Morale is at an all time low. RTO is the ultimate layoff gimmick! Everyone hang in there, just to make executives mad we aren’t quitting! Let’s retaliate quietly!!!

I won’t comply. If we all comply they win. These RTO charges are not acceptable for many of us in other locations outside of Minnesota where they have like 5 different hubs. Other states did not get a fair treatment.
