Or there is more coming this week?

It's done today but there are people who may be finding out while they are out of office.

Like everyone is saying, if you're still with us, consider brushing up that resume and network with peers who have left to other partners, other organizations, etc.

And this isn't a CDW specific problem. Yes, we have our share of problems but most larger/publicly traded companies are also going through this massive hiring/firing nonsense in response to the global climate, economy and, specifically, the stock market.

I work for a partner. All CDW does is share shift for advanced technology in the enterprise space. They dont drive anything

With prior layoffs they were done in 1 day. For those remaining, you can relax a bit but brush up your resume and keep it on deck just in case. Another poor/soft Q4 and Q1 and you’re probably looking at another round of layoffs in April 2025.

So well put, "Vague and Unhelpful" describes every C-Suite email I've read in the past 20 years. I use a rule in Outlook to filter these to the Clutter folder. This second Chris Leahy email has an AI feel. Hard to say though, they always have a fake, ornamental representation of emotional content.

The second Chris Leahy email implies that this round of layoffs has been completed. In both the April 2023 and January 2024 layoffs, coworkers were let go in a single day in the middle of the week. Following the layoff, expect vague and unhelpful communication from top level leadership and an announcement of reporting line changes or reorgs for teams whose leader was let go.
