FLD is about to add another RIF to his lost of accomishments
Add yet another layoff in support of the move to Hyderabad to the list of accomplishments of the Profit
FLD was targeting growth in the double digits after 5 years of his tenure…
He failed to do that clearly I am sure with due justifications otherwise the board would have fired them a longtime ago.
If high growth does not happen soon however the board could consider a merger or a sale to a larger competitor or private equity giant. and such options would be a disaster for f5ers.
A long read of all the posts reveals flds greatest accomphishments are gerring rid of people. His greatest weakness is he doesn't inspire or believe in his people. And that is sad

FLD doesn't care about achievements as long as he keeps share prices going up. That's what investors make happy.
