Thread regarding Cigna layoffs

Workplace of Choice?

Newsweek released their top 200 Most Loved Workplaces

https://www.newsweek.com/top-20-most-loved-workplaces-america-2024-1960025

Cigna is conspicuous by its absence. Not only is Cigna not THE employer of choice, they aren't even in the top 200.

I can't see any other way to view this as a colossal failure of senior leadership. It doesn't seem like they even tried.

If the Drive to 2025 has been deprioritized, it would be nice to be informed so that I can devote all my hard work to the new set of goals.

Now, now, I think you have been unfair. Just look at this!

Cigna rocking in at #639

Only 638 spots to hit the stated goal. Not bad. How long do you think it will take, at the current rate of progress?

Haven't they been missing from the list for a few years now?

Maybe Cigna is strategically positioning themselves for success in a future version, after Hyderabad votes start to count.

I'm legitimately surprised they didn't bribe somebody and get on there anyway. Love it when I'm wrong and the world is slightly less corrupt than I assumed.

Heh. Maybe just a few more rounds of layoffs and full RTO will rocket them up the charts :)
