Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

U.S. Bank PR Image

Does anyone else find U.S. Bank's desperate efforts to bolster their sinking PR image just gross? Survey participation falls, U.S. bank adds survey participation to performance goal for some groups... force employee to "decline to participate" in volunteer initiative, and count that as "engagement"...and then submit a "decline to participate" on employee behalf without their consent, all to drive up their fake made up numbers. At least Wells Fargo doesn't pretend to be ethical.

Recruiters are NOT getting their hands slapped if they do not post fluff on LinkedIn. They are doing so by their own volition and believe doing so will help them get ahead in the company.

Keri L.R. is pushing this garbage social media “get likes” initiative. She doesn’t have an HR background, nor can she dance, sing or make people laugh. Mitch hired her. One must wonder why. 🤨

I guess we will have to wait and see if USB paid enough to Ethisphere to get another “Most Ethical” award.

They will start getting bad PR image real soon. Just watch. What’s done in the dark always comes to light. Truth will be told.

The LinkedIn plugs from their minion employees are cringy lately. Overkill about how fun it is to be in the office.

I don’t understand why this company bothers with surveys at all other than it being a tool being used by consulting firms.
