Has anyone been part of a RIF while on FMLA? What benefits do you get such as insurance and severance?

You get the supplemental severance package but it is does differently because you can’t apply for unemployment. If you are on short term disability the severance will only make up the difference between your disability payments and your normal salary. You will keep insurance during your severance period.
Unfortunately If you apply to Elevance jobs while on FMLA, HR can be a a pain.
