Does anyone in the know....know if RIF'S will take place on both of these dates? I am new to this site and reading through the posts...but wanted to ask.

They've done dec rifs and even firings the week of Christmas. Holidays are not a protected class and they are obviously not a bit concerned with optics.
Assume rifs every month because rifs every month. Small to large size variance.
So 10/18 RIF and last Day is 11/15 for me. They normally have a month between a new RIF and the last day of the previous RIF. While this company is ruthless, I don’t know that they would do a RIF in December with the holidays and all…… but it wouldn’t surprise me in the least.
OMG!!!! 10/18 was the date and wow. It hit hard.
10/17 to 11/14 is less than 30 calendar days
I am hearing 10/17 notification date and 11/14 RIF date
I think 10/17 would be the notification date for the 11/14 RIF.
Looks like 11/14 is confirmed in another thread.
10/17 is confirmed. Haven't heard about 11/14.
