Thread regarding Alteryx layoffs

Clueless Leaders

How far removed are the leaders who post in a large group chat (and copied to ours) that the end of the month and quarter were easy and issue free?

Sales Operations, commissions, Order Operations, Deal Desk, Analytics, Revenue, GTM, EA, Accounting, ERP work late into the night for no issues?

Newsflash-so many issues. Do you know where they stem from-you must not be involved. Get over yourself! We can all take 4th Quarter off.

They had been trying to get rid of Slack or cut down on licenses for a couple of years now. It has nothing to do with PE, this was planned well before the acquisition.

I wouldn't be surprised if Slack is totally gone by Q1 or Q2 of 2026. Contract renews at the end of Q3 / beginning of Q4, so we're stuck with whatever we agreed to until the end of 2025.

What happened to the Alteryx sign at HQ?

It was a rental. They took away Slack; do you really think they won’t get rid of a sign?

I do not see Marketing on that list, so thanks for that.

Best to view the 'leaders' as substitute teachers.
