I can’t say if it’s true or not. Anybody know more? It’s so shameful that we were not properly informed about anything. We have no clue what to really expect and for how long this will last.

It doesn't serve any good to be putting things in quotes associated with Karen's name that she never said. That just breeds false information and negativity.
Only HR senior management would have information on how many Aetna employees are being laid off and how many from the CVS side.
I can confirm a lot of my contacts within marketing we're all notified today. Aetna is definitely not exempt from this wave
Some departments are being notifies starting today.
The company routinely keeps all the negative repercussions of their decisions close to their vest. It should be interesting how they position the potential layoffs after Karen's "There's nothing to see here, please continue working while we figure out how to fire you in a way which makes us look good."
